The biggest problem LED has is getting overheated. All including the biggest names in the industry are using an aluminum surrounding the LED light fixtures to cool off or to dissipate the heat off the LED. The fixture using aluminum or ceramics can become very hot. However, Wanyua&©|65533;&©|65533;s products are born out of our patterned packaging technology of high power LED. Our patented packaging technology makes perfect use of the expansion co-efficient and optical properties of silicon and designs close bonding of epitaxy and silicon, which improves the luminous efficiency of high power LED by 15% and remarkably lowers the defect rate in packaging process. Through the application of unique packaging materials and structure to effectively conduct and dissipate the heat generated by the chip, our packaging technology perfectly solves the bottleneck problem of heat dissipation in LED lighting.
